bob vault-sync¶

Run one lock-protected Git reconcile cycle for the Bob vault, or report the last recorded cycle status.

Usage: bob vault-sync [COMMAND]

Commands:
  run     Run one reconcile cycle (default)
  status  Report the last reconcile cycle
  help    Print this message or the help of the given subcommand(s)

Options:
  -h, --help
          Print help (see a summary with '-h')

Examples:
  bob vault-sync
  bob vault-sync run --dry-run
  bob vault-sync status --json

Environment:
  BOB_DIR                    Bob vault root; defaults to ~/bob
  BOB_VAULT_SYNC_LOCK_FILE   lock file; defaults to ${XDG_RUNTIME_DIR:-/tmp}/bob_sync.lock
  BOB_VAULT_SYNC_STATE_FILE  status JSON path; defaults to ${XDG_STATE_HOME:-$HOME/.local/state}/bob-cli/vault-sync.json
  NO_COLOR                   disable color even when stdout is a TTY

Legacy BOB_BULK_GIT_COMMIT_* and BOB_SYNC_* environment variables are no longer recognized; use BOB_VAULT_SYNC_*.
